Piglet, the little baby pig who is softly-spoken and n-n-nervous, has the biggest heart of the Winnie the Pooh characters. Best friends with Winnie the Pooh and close to Christopher Robin, Piglet really is "a very small animal" and is protected by the other animals of the Hundred Acre Wood. But he's always determined to be brave, even when he and Pooh get into scary situations "Oh d-d-d-dear." Piglet has his own house, a “very grand house in the middle of a beech tree,” which he gave to Owl when his house was blown down on a very blustery day. From then on, Piglet has lived with Winnie the Pooh. Piglet was first seen in the original “Winnie the Pooh” book and will feature in Disney’s new movie, “Winnie the Pooh,” in cinemas Spring 2011.
