Getting Around Walt Disney World

The last thing you want to think about while you're on vacation is how to get from here to there. Relax. Stay at Disney and it's complimentary! Zip around by monorail. Sail leisurely by boat. Or hop aboard a bus. They'll get you to wherever the magic is calling.

By Bus: Buses connect all parts of the Walt Disney World Resort, including the Disney Hotels, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom and the Magic Kingdom Park. They operate approximately every 30 minutes from one hour prior to Park opening until closing.

By Water Launch: The Disney water launch connects the Magic Kingdom Park to the Transportation and Ticket Centre (adjacent to Magic Kingdom parking), and departs every 20 to 30 minutes. You can also take a water launch from Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Resort, Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and Disney's Wilderness Lodge to the Magic Kingdom. In addition, you can take a water launch from Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin to Epcot and Disney-MGM Studios.

By Monorail: Disney's monorail runs among Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Polynesian Resort and the Transportation and Ticket Centre (adjacent to the Magic Kingdom car park). A connecting monorail takes Guests from the Transportation and Ticket Centre to Epcot. Monorails run from 7:30 am until about 1 1/2 hours after Park closing.
