- Personal Translation Units are available to translate the attraction narrations into French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. A $100 US deposit is required but will be refunded when you return the device.

PARK AMENITIES AND SERVICES
Baby Changing/Nursing:
At Guest Services building inside the Main Entrance. Hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas.
Baby Pushchair:
Hires available in limited quantities at Oscar's Super Service inside the Main Entrance. Replacement Pushchairs available at The Costume Shop.
Banking:
An automated teller machine (ATM) is next to the Production Information Window at the Main Entrance just outside the turnstiles. Provided by Bank One.
Camera Centre:
The Darkroom, presented by Kodak, is located on Hollywood Boulevard. For two-hour photo processing, drop your film where you see the PHOTO EXPRESS sign. Pick up prints at The Darkroom as you leave. See the Guide Map for locations.
Credit Cards:
Visa® is the proud sponsor of the Walt Disney World Resort. Traveller's cheques, cash, Japanese Credit Bureau (JCB), Diners Club®, Discover® Card, MasterCard®, American Express®, and the Disney Credit Card are also accepted.
Dress:
Proper dress is required. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.
First Aid:
Located near Guest Services on Hollywood Boulevard.
Lockers:
Available next to Oscar's Classic Car Souvenirs at the Main Entrance.
Personal Translation Units (PTU):
Now you don't just see the magic, but you can hear it in your language too! One of the most exciting enhancements for international Guests is the new wireless technology being implemented into select attractions. These headphone devices provide narration in French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish at the Disney-MGM Studios Backlot Tour Pre-Show, Drew Carey: Sounds Dangerous Synopsis, Jim Henson's Muppet*Vision 3-D © 2004 The Jim Henson Company, Tower of Terror Pre-Show and Walt Disney - One Man's Dream Attraction. Pick up a PTU upon entering the attraction and return it upon exiting. Pick up a PTU upon entering the attraction and return it upon exiting. The devices are also available at the International Information Centre in the Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot for a $100 US refundable security deposit.
Package Pick-Up/Delivery:
To the left of the front gates before exiting the park. Purchases delivered here may be picked up as you exit the Park or delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.
Postage Stamps:
Machine located at Oscar's Super Service.
Wheelchairs:
Available for hire in limited quantities at Oscar's Super Service inside the Main Entrance. Replacement wheelchairs available at The Costume Shop.
TRANSPORTATION:
By Bus: Disney-MGM Studios is easily accessible by Disney buses from all areas throughout the Walt Disney World Resort.
By Boat: Guests staying at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Villas, Walt Disney Swan and Walt Disney Dolphin may reach Disney-MGM Studios by Friendship Water Launch.
