Scroll down this page for a complete listing of the services. And be sure to stop by when you visit. It's located between Spaceship Earth and the Fountain of Nations.


Services available for International Guests:

  • Multilingual Cast Members
  • Guide Maps in English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Personal Translation Units are available to translate the attraction narrations into French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. A $100 US deposit is required but will be refunded when you return the device.

  • Disney Hotel information and reservations
  • Disney Character greeting information

Park Amenities and Services

Baby Changing/Nursing:

Located in the Odyssey Centre in Future World. Hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas.

Baby Pushchairs:

Hires available on the east side of the Entrance Plaza and at International Gateway.

Banking:

Bank machines, or automated teller machines (ATMs), are located at the main entrance near the kennel, on the east side of the Entrance Plaza, near the Odyssey bridge, and at American Adventure in World Showcase. Provided by Bank One.

Camera Centre:

For two-hour processing, drop your film where you see the PHOTO EXPRESS sign. Pick up prints at the Camera Centre at the Main Entrance Plaza. Presented by Kodak. See the Guidemap for locations.

Credit Cards:

Visa® is the proud sponsor of the Walt Disney World Resort. Traveller's cheques, cash, Japanese Credit Bureau (JCB), Diners Club®, Discover® Card, MasterCard®, American Express®, and the Disney Credit Card are also accepted by most merchants, including some at self-service food areas.

Dress:

Proper dress is required. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times.

First Aid:

At the Odyssey Centre.

Lockers:

Attended lockers are located on the west side of Spaceship Earth. Unattended lockers are at International Gateway and oversized lockers can be found at Bus Information.

Package Pick-Up/Delivery:

At Gift Stop at the Entrance Plaza. Purchases delivered here may be picked up as you exit the Park or delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Personal Translation Units (PTU):

Now you don't just see the magic, but you can hear it in your language too! One of the most exciting enhancements for international Guests is the new wireless technology being implemented into select attractions. Available at the International Information Centre, these headphone devices provide narration in French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish at the following attractions:

  • Ellen's Energy Adventure
  • "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience!"
  • Innovention Intro
  • Imagination!
  • Impressions de France Synopsis
  • Living with the Land
  • Mission: SPACE Pre-show

  • Test Track - in the GM Test Track Briefing Room
  • A $100 US refundable security deposit is required. The devices are also available at the Magic Kingdom Park and the Disney-MGM Studios.

    Wheelchairs:

    Limited quantities available for rent to Guests with disabilities on the east side of the Entrance Plaza and at the International Gateway. Also, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at the International Guest Centre.
