International Information Centre

Welcome to our International Information Centre at Blizzard Beach Water Park. Scroll down this page for a list of some of our Park amenities as well as a few tips to remember when you come to visit.

• A limited amount of complimentary tubes are available at all tube rides. Tubes provided at the attractions should remain in these locations.
• Locker and towel hire, plus life vests for children are available at Snowless Joe's. Blizzard Beach also provides life vests free of charge to guests who wish to leave identification (passport, driver's licence, other identification with photo or hotel identification) at Snowless Joe's.
• Swimwear with rivets, buckles or exposed metal is not permitted on the attractions.
• Coolers are allowed, however no alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted.
• Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Blizzard Beach may close due to inclement weather or maximum guest capacity. Admission media is non-refundable.
