Toontown Help

To play Toontown you need to be registered with Disney and sign in to the Toontown website with your Disney Member Name.

Disney Membership

You can register for your Disney Member Name on any of Disney's European websites and your Disney Membership will give you access to all these websites, including this Toontown website. The registration is free.

• If you have already registered with Disney, please use your existing Disney Member Name to sign in to the Toontown website. Can't remember your password? Click here for help.
• If you don't have a Disney Membership yet: Play Toontown for free or subscribe now to get full access and you can register with Disney on the way to Toontown.

To create your Disney Membership you will need to choose a member name and password and you’ll be asked to provide some basic information such as your name and e-mail address.

Activation of your Disney Membership

To guarantee the security of personal details, Disney registrations need to be completed via activating the Membership. Memberships created on the Toontown website are automatically activated.
Note: The Membership needs to be activated only once. If you have an existing Disney Member Name, you don't need to activate it again to use it on the Toontown website.

Playing Toontown on your Disney Membership

Toontown Online is a premium service run by Disney. We offer free play with access to the basic game features for you see the game for yourself. To get full access to all Toontown features you must subscribe to Toontown.

If you are not yet signed in to our website, you will be asked for your Disney Member Name and password. If you don't have a Disney Membership yet you can create it in no time.
No payment details are required for the free play.

Child access

If you are under 18 and you have problems signing in with your password that your parents or guardians gave you, please ask their help - they can get you in the game again.

Toontown subscribers can optionally set up a child password that allows access to the game and to all features of our website except the My Account section where billing information and subscriptions are managed.

If you are a parent or guardian and would like to set up / manage a password for your child or children, please go to My Account. If you are not signed in yet, you will be asked for you master password.
