Toontown is a subscription service. You will be charged every month, every six months or every year, depending on the subscription option you chose.
This is explained during the sign up process and in the Toontown Terms.
You have to notify us if you don’t want to continue with your subscription, otherwise your subscription will be renewed automatically.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to My Account and open the My subscription and payments section. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.
The good news is that even after cancelling your subscription, you will still have VIP access to all game features and all of your Toons until the end of the period you paid for.
