	The site does not recognise my account name and/or password. Why?


	Please note that Toontown is offered for North American players at http://www.toontown.com and for British players at http://www.disney.co.uk/toontown. Though the game is the same, the customer service and community benefits are different as they cater for the individual market. You may only play Toontown at the site on which you signed up. If you are not sure which site you signed up please contact us with the followings: your account name the e-mail address you used when registered for Toontown your full name your child’s name the last date you were charged for Toontown the last amount you were charged for Toontown if you paid with Click&Buy: your Click&Buy number if you paid with Credit/Debit card: the last four digits of your card With this information we will be able to find your account or we will notify you if you may have a US account.
