What's happening when another Toon is talking, but all I hear/see is something that doesn't make sense?

These players are chatting using their keyboards (instead of SpeedChat), but since you and they are not True Friends, all you will hear/see is something like ‘meow, meow, meow' or ‘bark, bark, ruff' (depending on their Toon species).
If you think the other player is trying to talk to you, there are selections in SpeedChat that you can use to suggest to them that they should use SpeedChat to talk to you.
