I have my Cog suit parts but I still can't visit the VP/CFO/Chief Justice. What's going on?

These powerful enemies are very busy Cogs! You need to sneak into their office disguised as a Cog. They only takes appointments from Cogs who have earned their promotions. You need to earn merits (Sellbot VP) / collect Cogbucks (Cashbot CFO) / acquire Jury Notices (Lawbot CJ) to get a promotion. The more merits you earn / Cogbucks you collect / Jury Notices you acquire, the closer to a promotion you get. You can keep track of your progress on the disguise page in your Shticker Book. The disguise page will appear in your Shticker Book once you have visited Cog HQ.
