You can see an example how to do it (this example will not be sent with your message). 1. Start playing Toontown. 2. Enter Silly Street. 3. Walk into Fakebug Frank's shop. 4. Look at the sign on the wall behind Frank. It's upside-down. I think it would be easier to read the sign if it were right-side-up. Screenshot file If the problem is of a graphical nature or is specific to a certain location in the game, press F1 while standing near the location to display the exact coordinates and press F9 to save a .jpg screen. Go to your \Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown directory where the screengrab is saved and send it to us. Alternatively, you can also simply write down the F1 coordinates and enter them in the description field. Screenshot file location: Browse... E.g. Toontown logs The following data is your computer log from the last time you ran Disney's Toontown Online. This log file contains some technical information about the PC on which Toontown was played, along with a history of what Toontown was doing, but it does NOT contain personal information.
