Perry the Platyborg

Years ago, Perry was captured by the evil Dr Doofenshmirtz and made into Perry the Platyborg, general of his army. He enforces the rule of the evil Dr Doofenshmirtz with an iron fist and has no recollection of his past life with his owners Phineas and Ferb.
