€75,330 will help the African Wildlife Foundation - protecting the Endangered Bonobo, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Your support for this project will help the critically-endangered Bonobo, which shares 98.4% of its genetic makeup with humans.

This fascinating, but little understood species, is only found in an isolated forest area of the DRC in Africa.

The African Wildlife Foundation is working with local people to create the Iyondje Community Bonobo Reserve as a safe haven for the endangered bonobo.
