She is Jimmy’s other friend. Heloise is brilliant and insane both at the same time! Heloise has developed a special fondness towards Jimmy but no matter how good her intentions are, Heloise’s evil side always wins.

Jimmy loves a challenge. Even when he messes up, he just keeps going until he succeeds. Things don’t always work out the way he expects. Because he is so focused on enjoying himself, he doesn’t see the danger in some of the activities he’s enjoying. Whether the residents of Miseryville like it or not, his enthusiasm is contagious.

Beezy is next in-line to run Misery Inc., but doesn’t have very much business sense at all. Beezy hates doing anything and uses lots of energy to avoid using energy! In truth, he’s far too lazy to bother being truly miserable. In fact, he has a list longer than his arm of why he can’t do things.

The head of Misery Inc. is Lucius Heinous the VII. He has a nasty evil complex and big plans for expansion. He likes to monitor the pain of Miseryville residents with the Misery Index, an indicator of how well he is doing his job.

Cerbee is Jimmy’s faithful but disobedient pet. He is a one-eyed dog-like monster with multiple personalities who loves to eat everything. Most of the time he’s a cute little furball, but get him worked up, excited or provoked and he can become very unpredictable.

Samy has big, big dreams. He wants his 15 minutes of fame and he isn’t afraid to take it from someone else if he has to. He is Lucius’ assistant and an aspiring entertainer (by entertainer, we mean he acts in front of his mother’s make-up mirror).
