At Disney Online we are all about providing kids with fun and entertaining experiences, within a safe online environment.
Jake’s world does not require any registration or upload of personal data to be displayed or exchanged, making it incredibly safe and giving you peace of mind.
By playing games and exploring the island you earn doubloons. You can redeem them in the treasure shop for pirate themed items to enhance their pirate wardrobe or their hideout.
Every new player gets 30 doubloons to help start the decoration of the hideout as well as the dressing up of the pirate.
Throughout the experience they are given fun challenges or quests to help them explore the online versions of their favourite Disney Junior show.
While we do our best to make all of our online experiences as safe as possible, we encourage parents to talk to their children about online safety.


1. What is Jake’s world?
Jake’s world is a free online destination where you are invited to join the fun with the characters from Jake and the Never Land show.
Create a pirate and dress him up like a real matey! Decorate your pirate hideout with magical treasures, play fun games and explore pirate island locations.
Playing games and going on an exploring trip to the island locations you will allow you to earn rewards, doubloons that you can trade to get pirate outfits and pirate treasures for your pirate.
In Jake’s world you can live the life of a pirate by joining Jake’s crew!

2. Do kids need to register to play Jake´s World?
There is no need to register, the saving of the pirate including the assets such as the furniture or the amount of doubloons are saved automatically on your computer via flash cookie. However these are not transferable from computer to computer.
3. How do I play Jake’s world?

In Jake’s world there’s so much you can do!
Once you’ve created your pirate and dress him up like a real matey, you can decorate your hideout outdoors and indoors just how you like.

You can also play fun games with your heroes; you might get also a few doubloons as a reward!
The island is a beautiful and magical place so explore the locations like Seahorse Shallow and Never Land Beach.

Each time you click on some parts of the island you might have a laugh or a doubloon, or both!
You can keep count of your doubloons by looking at the number displayed on the treasure chest on the main navigation bar.

4. What do all the icons mean?
If you are unsure of what any of the icons in Jake’s world mean, hover your mouse cursor over the icon and the audio will pop up telling you what it is.
Home - Clicking on this icon will always take you to Jake’s World landing page
Games – Here you will find fun games to play!
Explore – Will take you to parts of the islands where you can find some magic!
Treasure shop- This is where you can exchange your doubloons for pirate clothes and pirate treasure for your hideout
Help – Skully will always be here to help you, wherever you are, click on him and he will show you what to do
Full screen – Clicking on this icon will make Jake’s World bigger
Sound on/off – You can turn on or turn off the sound on Jake’s world

5. How do I create a pirate?

On Jake’s world homepage, click on “My Pirate World” and on “Create a pirate”.
You can then choose the body features of your pirate by clicking on the tabs for skin, eyes and hair.
Click on the clothes tab to dress up your pirate.
Remember that you can get more clothes and special pirate gear at the Treasure shop!

6. How many pirates can I have?

There is no limit to the numbers of avatars.
When you return to Jake’s world simply click on the avatar you want to play with.

7. How do I save my pirate or my hideout?
You don’t need to worry about saving your pirate; your computer does it automatically for you!
But remember, you cannot transfer your pirate from one computer to another.

8. How do I get doubloons?

You get pirate treasures and clothing in Jake’s World using doubloons. To earn doubloons, play games and explore the island.

To reward you for all your hard work from playing hard levels of the games you will get lots of doubloons. You might have to play a game a few times before playing all the game levels. But don’t worry even if you play the first level of a game, you will also earn doubloons. At the end of the level you just need to click on “Collect your doubloons now”

If you choose to explore some part of the island click on different parts of the screen and you will get extra doubloons. You might have to click three times on these before revealing a magical doubloon.

It is easy to remember: the more you play the more you get doubloons for your pirate and your hideout!





9. Can I play Jake’s world on my Apple iPhone, iPod or iPad?
Sorry! Apple iOS mobile devices do not support Adobe Flash Player which you need to be able to play Jake’s world.

10. What are the system requirements?
You’ll need a PC or Mac to play Jake’s world. We’ve tried our best to make sure that Jake’s world works well on all types of computers but there are a few minimum requirements:
If you're on a PC, you'll need:
• Intel Centrino/AMD Sempron processor or better
• Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7
• At least 1GB of memory
• Sound card and suitable drivers
• Flash Player v10.1 or higher
• Browsers - Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 10, Google Chrome 17 or equivalent browser.
And if you're on a Mac, you'll need:
• G5 or Intel processors only
• Any version of OSX
• At least 1GB of memory
• Flash Player v10.1 or higher
• Browsers - Safari 5, Firefox 10, Google Chrome 17 or equivalent browser.
