To enter an online Disney competition, you will need to register for a Disney.co.uk account.
Please visit our Disney Registration page to sign up. If you're under the age of 18, you will need to get the permission of your parent or guardian to sign up for an account. Let them know you are signing up so they can activate your account as soon as possible for you.
Your Disney.co.uk account is free! Normally, there is no cost to enter an online Disney competition.
Some Disney competitions are age restricted because of the type of prize competition or because a prize is only suitable for certain ages. You should check our Standard Competition Terms and Conditions and the Disney competition entry page for the specific rules relating to age and residence requirements for the Disney competition. Please note that for some Disney competitions not everyone residing within the British Isles can enter. This may be due to the prize on offer or regulations in your country.
Where a Disney competition uses an online gallery for displaying entries, each entry is reviewed first by our Disney Online team before it is posted to our website. This can take a few days depending on how many entries we receive. Please note that if a Disney competition is very popular the gallery may not have enough space to display all valid entries received.
Please check the specific competition page for the competition closing date. Winners’ details will be posted on our Disney Competitions page in the Winners’ Gallery area after all winners have been selected, notified and confirmed.
Winners are contacted via e-mail or phone after the competition has closed. Sometimes when we run a Disney competition we will need to contact your parent or guardian if you are under 18 to confirm your parent/guardian gave their permission for you to enter, or if you are selected as a winner to confirm your parent/guardian is happy you can be awarded the prize. Please make sure your parent or guardian is aware of your entry and responds promptly if contacted.
Once all the winners have been contacted, each winner’s first name, age and county will be posted in the Winners’ Gallery area on the Disney Competitions page.
As set out in our Standard Competition Terms and Condition we can only accept a valid entry if received before the Disney competition closes officially. A Disney Competition closing date will be clearly set out on a Disney competition entry page and in its terms and conditions.
If you have any other questions which aren’t covered here, don’t forget to check the information outlined in our Standard Competition Terms and Conditions. Where any differences should arise between the FAQs and the Terms and Conditions, then the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
