Joining the cast of the new Disney Pixar Cars 2 movie will be a very familiar voice to British film fans. Taking on the role of new character Finn McMissileM is the legendary actor Michael Caine, who was persuaded by director John Lasseter to provide the voice for this important new character in this the second film of the Cars series. Finn McMissile is a traditional British racing car, whose sleek elegant design harks back to an era when British sports cars were at the forefront of motorsport. He also comes prepared for any tricky situation with an arsenal of ultra-cool gadgets and weaponry, including front and rear grappling hooks, a missile launcher, deployable magnetic explosives and a holographic disguise emitter. As Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) battles it out to be named the fastest car in the World Grand Prix series of races, Finn McMissile has a hidden agenda that will involve his best friend Mater (Larry the Cable Guy) becoming embroiled in an unexpected, secretive and dangerous new mission! With a host of new Disney Cars characters, a new backdrop for the characters to explore, action across several continents and a relevant and a meaningful multi-layered story, combined with superb characterisation, Disney Cars 2 looks set to continue the story from the first film in imaginative and enthralling ways.
