Beauty and the Beast - Robert Yeal

Robert trained at the Arts Educational School on the Musical Theatre Course in 19... something or other and does not really wish to remember exactly how long it was. Robert has performed in the West End in such shows as Starlight Express where he got to perform Electra and C.B. when C.B. used to exist. In Cats Robert has performed the roles Rum Tum Tugger, Skimbleshanks and Coricopat alongside his wife, Samantha, who played his twin, Tantomile.

He has also appeared in Royal Variety Performances, pop videos and many TV shows. His latest venture is studying for a BTEC in Desk Top Publishing and Computer Generated Design.

He has just finished a stint working as a crew member on the musical Dr Dolittle in which he helped work the Great Pink Sea Snail.

He has worried over the fact that his son, Hunter, (who is 5) has gone to school and having been asked by his teachers "What does your daddy do?" his reply would be , "He's been a train, a cat, a snail and now he's a knife". God only knows what his son's teachers think he gets up to in his spare time.

Robert is very happy to be in Disney's Beauty and the Beast as it's the first musical he's been in since having been out of the business for two years.
