Pippa started her career in theatre as an actress at Greenwich Theatre and the Northcott Theatre Exeter. She then went to New York and became personal assistant to Neil Simon on the Broadway production of The Good Doctor.

She was Resident Director and Company Manager for the West End production of Children of a Lesser God (Mermaid/Albery) and went on to restage the British tour. She directed productions of Children of a Lesser God in Dublin, Sydney and for the Market Theatre in Johannesburg.

Pippa was Resident Associate Director and Casting Director at The Old Vic for the three highly acclaimed Jonathan Miller Seasons of European Classics.

Casting includes: West End - The Prisoner of Second Avenue, Rent, The Magistrate, Hai, Into the Woods, Annie Get Your Gun, Forever Plaid, The Blues Brothers.
For Chichester - Suzanna Andler, Misalliance, The Magistrate and Carrington.
For Dublin - Aspects of Love, Keely and Du, The Woman in Black, Sleuth, The Sound of Music, Carousel, Educating Rita, Side by Side with Sondheim.
Houston Grand Opera - My Fair Lady.

She is currently working on Disney's The Lion King to open at The Lyceum this autumn, Angels in America for The Crucible Theatre Sheffield and "Obsession" for the BBC.
