Jae's West End credits include Oliver! at the London Palladium, Crazy for You at the Prince Edward, West Side Story at Her Majesty's, Wicked Lips at the Donmar Warehouse, The Mystery of Edwin Drood at The Savoy, Stephen Sondheim's Follies at the Shaftesbury, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats at the New London, and Mike Batt's The Hunting of the Snark at the Prince Edward. This also gave Jae the wonderful opportunity of conducting a 50 piece orchestra and also singing the opening number.

Other productions include the rock opera Shylock, Grease, The Pajama Game, and Fat Pig (Leicester Haymarket), The Rocky Horror Show and Cole (Manchester Library Theatre Company), Beautiful Dreamer (Greenwich Theatre), Gypsy (Sheffield Crucible and National Tour), Godspell (National Tour), Putting it Together (Oxford) and The Card at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury. Television work includes "Challenge Anneka" at the Royal Albert Hall, "Me and the Girls", "Omnibus Tribute to Irving Berlin", "The Royal Variety Show", "The Magic of the Musicals", "Happy Birthday", "Happy New Year at the Palladium", and "Who Could Ask for Anything More?" - a Gershwin Gala live from the Royal Albert Hall. Jae has conducted two series for S4C: "Corws" and "Codi'r To" which involved Jae singing the theme tune in Welsh and various other songs.

Gala concerts and recordings include "Stairway to the Stars", Hello Dolly! and "My One and Only" all at the Palladium, Chicago at the Victoria Palace and the Cole Porter Centennial at the Prince Edward. Jae also conducts many popular classic concerts with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, The Philharmonia, the BBC Welsh Symphony and the English National Orchestra.
