EARL
CARPENTER Earl's West End debut came in January 1996 when he joined the cast of Les Misérables (Palace Theatre) as Courfeyrac. Other associations with this production include the Euro '96 closing ceremony at Wembley and an open air concert in Hylands Park, Chelmsford. Before joining the Original West End company of Disney's Beauty and the Beast as Standby Beast and Gaston and then Alternate Beast, Earl played Mozart for The Bournemouth Sinfonietta in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Bournemouth Winter Gardens). This was followed by his debut in pantomime playing the King of Dreams and the Sultan of Morocco in E&B Productions' Dick Whittington (Theatre Royal Plymouth). Television credits include The Totally Friday Show (Carlton Television); Blue Peter (BBC TV); The Generation Game(BBC TV); The Prince's Trust (Carlton Television); The Making of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (Carlton Television) and This Morning (Carlton Television). During the last several years, Earl has shown a great interest in
Production Management, Producing and Directing. Credits have included Sincerely Yours -
One Man Showcase (De la Salle Theatre); Ovations - A Charity Gala with
Christopher Cazenove, Labi Siffre and Linzi Hateley for Sanctuary an HIV and AIDS Care
Centre (Winter Gardens, Bournemouth); A Man for All Seasons (southern counties
tour) and a series of musical concerts entitled A Note to Remember and And
That's Comedy. Earl has recently formed the Production Company Wing and a Prayer
Theatrical Productions Ltd which is currently working on two touring productions West
End at Home and The Bootleg Blues Brothers.
